Terms of Service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

1. Provider and acceptance

These Terms of Service govern access to the website and services offered by Easyfy Services LLC, 30 N Gould St, 44714, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Easyfy”). Contact: legal@easyfyservices.com. By using our website or an activated service, you agree to these terms. A separately signed service agreement or order form takes precedence where it expressly conflicts with these general terms.

2. What we offer

Easyfy develops and configures AI-assisted business messaging, workflow automation, support ticketing and authorized connections with third-party business platforms. Possible integrations include WhatsApp Business, Claude, Make and Holded. Features, availability, implementation milestones, pricing and service levels depend on each customer's written agreement. Descriptions of planned features on our website are informational and do not constitute a promise of immediate availability.

3. Business customers and authorization

Services are intended for lawful business use. Customers must provide accurate account details, maintain control of their authorized users, and ensure they have the rights, permissions and legal bases necessary to connect systems and submit information for processing. Each customer remains responsible for its own underlying business records, instructions, legal compliance and end-user notices. Easyfy will only access third-party accounts through permissions provided or approved by the customer.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the services for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing or abusive activities; send unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law or platform rules; attempt unauthorized access to another customer's information; or submit malicious code or content designed to bypass security. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems or comply with law.

5. AI-assisted responses

AI-generated content is provided as operational assistance, not as legal, tax, accounting, financial or other regulated professional advice. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Customers must verify important information and approve consequential actions according to their own controls. We may require human confirmation before sensitive actions. No autonomous action is guaranteed unless specifically included in the agreed configuration.

6. Third-party services

Connections to WhatsApp/Meta, Anthropic, Make, Holded and other providers depend on third-party availability, permissions, policies and terms. Customers may need separate accounts, subscriptions and authorizations. Easyfy does not control third-party outages, policy changes or account restrictions. We may adjust integrations to maintain compliance and security.

7. Fees, subscriptions and cancellation

Any setup fees, recurring charges, payment schedules, renewal terms, taxes and cancellation conditions will be stated in the customer's quotation, order form or service agreement before purchase. No fee or cancellation period is established solely by visiting this website. Statutory rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.

8. Confidentiality, privacy and data protection

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Business customer data and confidential information are handled under the applicable service agreement and, where required, a data processing agreement. Customers should not share access credentials in ordinary WhatsApp messages. We may use authorized subcontractors to provide the service, subject to applicable safeguards.

9. Intellectual property

Easyfy and its licensors retain rights in the website, software, workflows and materials they provide, excluding customer-owned content and third-party rights. Customers retain rights in their own data. Any license to use configured services is limited to the scope and duration agreed in writing.

10. Availability and changes

We seek to provide reliable services but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security updates and third-party changes may affect functionality. Material changes to a contracted service will be handled under the applicable agreement.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services, except where such exclusion is prohibited. Any contractual liability limits will be specified in the applicable service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

12. Governing law and disputes

Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to mandatory protections that apply under the law of a user's country. Please contact legal@easyfyservices.com first so we can attempt to resolve concerns informally.

13. Updates

We may update these terms. The current version and its date will be posted here. Where required, we will notify affected customers of material changes.
