1. Who we are

Easyfy Services LLC (“Easyfy”, “we”, “us”) provides business automation and AI-assisted messaging services. Our business address is 30 N Gould St, 44714, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. For privacy requests, contact privacy@easyfyservices.com.

2. Scope and our role

This policy covers visitors to easyfyservices.com, people who contact us, and our prospective and current business customers. When a business customer connects its systems or uses Easyfy AI to communicate with its own personnel or customers, that business normally determines the purposes and means of processing its data; Easyfy processes that information on its instructions, subject to the applicable service agreement and data processing agreement. For our own website, sales, account administration and support activities, Easyfy generally acts as a controller.

3. Information we process

Please do not send passwords, payment-card credentials, government identification documents or other highly sensitive information through the assistant unless we have explicitly agreed on a secure, appropriate process.

4. Why we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, provide and configure requested services, route messages to the correct customer account, retrieve authorized business information, generate responses and support tickets, maintain security, troubleshoot, administer customer relationships, comply with legal obligations and improve service reliability. We do not use a customer's connected business data to serve advertising.

5. Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies and Easyfy acts as a controller, our legal bases may include steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in secure operations and responding to business enquiries, and consent where required. When Easyfy acts as a processor, the business customer is responsible for identifying its applicable legal basis and providing appropriate notices.

6. AI and connected service providers

Depending on the configuration agreed with a customer, information may be transmitted to Meta/WhatsApp for business messaging, Anthropic (Claude) for AI-assisted responses, Make for workflow automation, Holded for authorized accounting/business integrations, and providers of hosting, email, support-ticket storage and security services. Each provider processes information under its own applicable terms and the arrangements we establish. AI-generated outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before important business decisions. We do not represent that all integrations are available to every customer.

7. Sharing and international transfers

We share information with authorized service providers as needed to deliver the services, with the relevant business customer, and when legally required. Easyfy is established in the United States and services may involve processing outside the country where a person is located. Where required by applicable law, we will put appropriate international-transfer safeguards in place, including contractual measures where suitable. Customers should review the location and terms of their selected integrations.

8. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, the customer agreement, applicable legal requirements, dispute resolution and security. Retention periods depend on the type of information and the customer's configuration; customers may request details of their applicable retention arrangements. We apply reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, including access controls and separation of customer connections, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Contact privacy@easyfyservices.com. If your request concerns information processed for one of our business customers, we may refer you to that customer or assist it in responding. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant data protection authority.

10. Website technologies

Our website may use strictly necessary technical storage and security features. If we introduce optional analytics, advertising cookies or similar technologies, we will update our disclosures and obtain consent where required before enabling them.

11. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit children's personal information.

12. Changes and contact

We may revise this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated where required. Questions or requests: privacy@easyfyservices.com.
